Currently hiring for two freight types:

  • DG Fresh – Reefer loads with fresh and frozen groceries. This division is growing fast with DG’s expansion into food.

  • Traditional – Dry van freight that covers the full range of Dollar General products.

Job Requirements for Dollar General CDL Drivers

Getting started is simple. Here’s what you need to qualify:

  • Be at least 21 years old

  • Hold a valid Class A CDL

  • Have 6 months to 1 year of driving experience (varies by job and location)
